Happy Habits for Every Couple by Roger and Kathi Lipp. When was the last time you flirted with your husband? Do you spend more time on the couch with your wife watching movies or with a bag of chips watching The Game? Does your idea of a hot date include a drive-thru and springing for the extra-large fries? What would your marriage look like if for 21 days you turned your attention to happy habits that will better your relationship? This book has practical, fun-filled ways to put love and laughter back into your marriage.
Our first two weeks have gone incredibly well. We are so thankful for your prayers and your support and for God’s provision, strength, and power! We are also incredibly excited to welcome Brook and Steph back to camp with their sweet new baby Shekinah Beth Joy. She was born on Saturday, July 11th and is doing very well.
As you know, the theme for this summer is “There is More” and we have 5 sub-themes (one per day) which are Love, Faith, Freedom, Power, and Fullness. This has been a really powerful way to dive into Ephesians 3:16-21 and to teach campers about who God is and what He has in store for those who love Him! He has more Love, more Faith, and so on!
Week 3 is about to begin and we are anticipating nearly every bed being filled! We’re running our youngest week of camp as well as Foundations #1 and anticipate an energy-filled week!
Please pray for more support staff, male cabin leaders, and a lifeguard. Pray also for energy and endurance for our staff who have already been at camp for a week or two.
