The Summer Camp season is coming and we want to remind you about the powerful ministry that happens at Beaver Creek Bible Camp, Eagle Bay Bible Camp and other camps. We as a church strongly encourage people to serve as counsellors, nurses, lifeguards, kitchen and maintenance helpers, speakers, prayer warriors and other roles. For more info on serving at Eagle Bay phone Joanne Agustin at 204-449-2293. For more info on serving at Beaver Creek email Brook, Steph or Dayna at bcbc@lakenet.ca.

Check out in the library this week…
Dancing with the Fireflies by Denise Hunter. Creative and complicated, Jade McKinley felt like a weed in a rose garden growing up in Chapel Springs. When she left, she thought she’d never look back. But now alone and broke, she has no other choice but to return. The mayor of Chapel Springs, Daniel Dawson, has been an honorary member of the McKinley family for years. While his own home life was almost non-existent, Daniel fit right into the boisterous McKinley family. He’s loved Jade for years, but she always saw him as a big brother.
