Beaver Creek Bible Camp desperately needs YOU!! That is if you enjoy numbers! We are looking for a willing participant to fill the treasurer position for 2013. Duties would include:
• Looking after all accounts payable and receivable.
• Help in forming the budget for the year.
• Issuing charitable receipts.
• Submitting the annual tax return – with help.
• Reporting at board meetings.
• Keeping an accurate account of the BCBC books.
It’s difficult to briefly explain what these points all entail. But if you are interested or know someone who should be, please give Kathy a call @ 204-372-6720(W) or 204-372-8565(H).


Beaver Creek Bible Camp is also looking for someone to take over the registrar position!

Duties include, but are not limited to:

-Setting up Thriva system/creating registration form

-Taking camper registrations/providing confirmations

-Handling phone calls/emails

-Taking registrations at Beaver Creek Bible Camp

-Bank deposits

-Year-end financial statement

-Attending board meetings and providing reports

-Various other duties.

The EM Conference’s national office seeks an administrative assistant/assistant editor for a one-year term full- or part-time position to begin Feb. 2013. Key duties: administrative support to the Board of Church Ministries, administration of resource library, layout and design of a monthly magazine for print and digital versions, and update of its mailing list.
