Peacebuilding in a Dangerous Time is the theme for this year’s Ottawa student seminar to be held on February 14-16, 2013. Beaver Creek Bible Camp is looking for a willing participant to fill the treasurer position for 2013. Duties would include:
• Looking after all accounts payable and receivable.
• Help in forming the budget for the year. • Issuing charitable receipts. • Submitting the annual tax return – with help.
• Reporting at board meetings. • Keeping an accurate account of the BCBC books.

It’s difficult to briefly explain what these points all entail. But if you are interested or know someone who should be, please give Kathy a call @ 204-372-6720(W) or 204-372-8565(H).

 

BCBC is also looking for someone to take over the registrar position!

Duties include, but are not limited to: -Setting up Thriva system/creating registration form -Taking camper registrations/providing confirmations -Handling phone calls/emails

-Taking registrations at Beaver Creek Bible Camp -Bank deposits

-Year-end financial statement -Attending board meetings and providing reports -Various other duties.
