Approximate amount needed – $29,700.
Raised to date around $5300. If you wish to contribute and get a tax-deductible receipt you need to write out the cheque to Morweena EMC and ear mark it “Youth Mission Trip” then the donation gets divided evenly among all youth and sponsors going. – OR “youth sponsors” – to be divided amongst the sponsors who are travelling. If you designate the donation for a certain person it no longer is tax-receiptable.

Camp Arnes is in need of NLS trained lifeguards. We are also at a point where we would pay for the right candidate to go through and receive all of the training if they were willing to commit to then working in a casual position with us for some agreed upon amount of time.

Interlake Christian Films will be taping the three performances (Dec 7-9) in order to produce a television show and DVD for Jodi. WANTED – Love, Food, Gifts & Hampers
Food, gifts, hampers and love spell out Inner City Youth Alive’s Community Christmas Party on Thursday, December 20. We need a very large amount of food to make sure that every person is fed and that every child under twelve that attends our drop-in receives a gift.
WANTED: Cash donations or gift cards from Walmart, Toys-R-Us etc. to use in purchasing gifts. We intentionally buy gifts that the drop-in children need and want.
– 100 pounds of ground beef for the chili
– 50 hampers including the following: Non-perishable food, pastas, toiletries, cleaning products, toys for infants to 5 years old, washcloths, Gift cards for groceries, Christmas decorations.
