Remember in Your Prayers:

The family of Elizabeth Dueck as they mourn the passing of, wife, mother, and grandma.

The Dueck family would like to thank the church for the awesome support that has been shown to the family in our time of grief. We recognize many people have taken time off work, dropped their plans and have spent many hours either preparing and serving food, ushering, church and grave preparations and many other things. Thank you for the visitations and the food that we have received through out the week, they were very much appreciated. Please continue to pray for the family, particularly for Dad and Rose as they make this difficult adjustment. Thank you so much, and it truly is a blessing to be a part of this church.  – The Willie Dueck Family

A Grace Disguised by Jerry Sittser

Sooner or later all people suffer loss, in little doses or big ones, suddenly or over time, privately or in public settings.  Loss is as much a part of normal life as birth, for as surely as we are born into this world we suffer loss before we leave it.  This book shows how it is possible to live in and be enlarged by loss, even as we continue to experience it.

Grace and peace to you Beaver Creek supporting family! No week is the same as the last, and that has been proven once again. We have definitely been sensing more spiritual opposition, but that is encouraging because the enemy resists that which he is afraid of. Moreover, our powerful Jesus won the war once and for all. This week we saw Holy Spirit breaking through in the campers in a few ways: campers began to count the cost of following Jesus, they began to worship Jesus with their whole hearts, and many experienced Daddy Gods’ love. Please keep us in prayer, especially in the area of finances, both over the camp and its staff, we are believing for breakthrough. Bless you church, keep longing for His return!
